Unfortunately this Topgolf location was a major disappointment, especially compared to the Pompano Beach location which is far better run. From the moment we arrived, the place felt worn out and poorly maintained. The grounds and hitting bays look very dated, and a lot of the equipment feels heavily used and overdue for upgrades. Nothing felt fresh or well cared for. Cleanliness was a big issue. The bathrooms were genuinely unpleasant — strong odors, not well cleaned, and overall unsanitary. There was also a strange smell throughout the venue, which made the experience uncomfortable and gave the impression of poor upkeep. The atmosphere was chaotic and overcrowded, with people everywhere, yet the service did not match the volume. Staff seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive, and service was slow and sloppy. Requests took a long time, orders were missed, and there was very little sense of coordination or management. Food quality was also very poor. The food felt rushed, low quality, and not up to what you’d expect for the prices charged. Presentation and taste were both disappointing, and it added to the feeling that standards have slipped significantly at this location. Overall, this place feels run down, smelly, and poorly managed. It’s the complete opposite experience of the Pompano Beach Topgolf. We would not return to this location and would strongly recommend choosing another Topgolf if you want a better experience.

We had so much fun. Jose was amazing I had lost my retainers and he was so kind and went through 4 different trashes to find them. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I highly recommend visiting here. The staff is well trained and work efficiently. The food was great too. 5 stars across the board.

I never had so much fun the food was immaculate. The service the workers there are very nice very detailed with everything and very helping. The Atmosphere there isn’t much decorative things inside the building but it still looks good and I love it 9/10 would definitely recommend

One of my favorite activities!! We came in particular to celebrate my birthday twice and loved it both times. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The service was very quick. The food is tasty, and they have plenty of options to chose from. If you’re a first timer, the technology is easy to understand, but I can’t guarantee you’ll hit the ball very far. It takes a lot of getting used to. I would recommend being on the 2nd or 3rd floor because hitting from the bottom can be rather difficult. I’ll always come back if I’m looking for an activity, a fun time, and good lunch/dinner. Save your options on my swing. I am very self aware that I am not a golf player, and I do not foresee it in my future.

Love going to Topgolf! We decided to check out this location while staying nearby for a conference. We had 6 people in one bay which worked out but it does take up a lot of time depending on which game you play. Easy check in when you have a reservation. We were able to go straight to our assigned bay without having to wait for one. Since we went on a Tuesday, we were able to play half-off golf. The service on the other hand was really bad. The staff took so long to take our order and rarely saw him. We waited so long for our food and ended up finding out he didn’t even put our order in (his excuse was that he had a lot of orders to take care of. He didn’t even offer anything to make up for his mistake). The drinks were mediocre but they did have $6 margs and $5 drafts. We ordered some food (again), pitchers of beer, and a round of shots. Would’ve been a 5 star experience but the service needs to be worked on.
