I booked Topsy Tuvy Bouncers last minute for my event, and they delivered perfectly! The booking process online was simple and streamlined—you get exactly what you see in the photos, with no surprises. They arrived on time, set everything up without delay, and made the process stress-free. The kids (and even the adults!) absolutely loved the Shooting Stars Basketball inflatable. It was a huge hit and added so much fun to the celebration. I would highly recommend Topsy Tuvy Bouncers for any event if you want reliable service, on-time delivery, and guaranteed entertainment.
The delivery and setup crew did a great job. A minor tear in the cover was letting air leak out, but it wasn't bad enough it couldn't be used. I used some duct tape to seal it further, and it was fine for the day. The company extended the length of the rental as an apology, and followed up to ensure it was working OK. The pirate ship was actually larger and bolder than the web picture looked, and my grandson had a wonderful time.

Owner Tyler is extremely rude and unprofessional. DO NOT give them your business. After voicing our concerns he hung up the phone on us! He said "according to the contract" this and that, but also "according to the contract" it says you will tell us a pick-up time. That of course didn't happen and it felt like it was all our fault. ZERO customer service. I had to ask 5 of my neighbors at 11:30pm to help me move this heavy large bouncy house off of my driveway. After reading the other reviews online, it looks like we're not the only one the owner was rude and unprofessional with. In a business where customer service is everything, it was non-existent with this company and a hassle that you had a problem and was bothering them. There are many other options out there from companies that are looking to earn your business and treat you with respect. Surprised this company is still in business. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Ordered the bouncy house for a party. They showed up early to set up so my kids got a little extra time to play on it before the party. It was such a hit with the kids, they used it up until the company came to pick it up. Awesome experience, will definitely be using them again for the next party.
