I met with Jeff for an initial consultation, and he was exceptionally helpful. Jeff was generous with his time and extremely thorough. He walked me through the situation clearly, outlined realistic outcomes—including worst-case scenarios—and did so without sugarcoating or false reassurance. I really appreciated his honest, grounded approach. There was absolutely no pressure to proceed in any direction; he simply focused on providing useful, practical information so I could make informed decisions. I also want to specifically mention Harmen at the reception desk, who was extremely helpful from the very beginning—answering my initial questions, booking my consultation with Jeff, and being very welcoming and hospitable during my stay. When I arrived, the front desk staff welcomed me warmly, which created a positive first impression. They also offered complimentary coffee, which was delicious and served in a nice, big cup—just how I like it! ☕😁 My consultation with Ocean was exceptionally informative.
