Total Estate Liquidation managed our estate sale beautifully. At our first meeting I knew Kathy, the owner, was an experienced professional, aligned to our goals and objectives; and in general a lovely person. They are the best! I've been too so many estate sales and I completely 100% recommend TEL. No job is to small or to large. They've practically cleared out most of the estate sales I've attended. Including very clutered impossible to walk in homes. They are dedicated and experienced. They get the job done SALE and CLEAR OUT. Fair prices. Less landfill. Welcoming positive vibes. Good Hours: 3 day sales open to later in the afternoon to around 4pm. Good payment options.

I love Total Estate Liquidations ! The company is run by Kathy Pinpan. In my honest opinion Kathy's sales are always the ones to go to! I never miss a sale if possible.I've said it befor and I'll say it again "Kathy how is it that you manage to get the best sales?" What do I mean by that? Let me explain. The Tel sales seem to be held in beautiful homes,in gorgeous locations. The quality of the merchandise is way above usual. Her sales seem to encompass the scope of something for everyone. From antique books, to amazing furniture of all eras,victorian, to art deco, Mcm,to modern. If only my place were big enough! Sigh. I'm a jewelery and vintage clothing kind of girl and almost every one of her sales delivers the goods. I've overheard people complaining about prices. Something to consider is that prices are often set by the families. The first day is always a little more expensive,but the next day is usually 50% off. A word to hagglers,a deal will usually come about if it is approached correctly. TEL was excellent! They followed through precisely as they said they would in the sale of a 50 year eclectic collection of art, furniture and jewelry. The team worked long hours in preparation for an attractive, organized sale. They researched the items in the house extensively in order to price items respectfully. They planned for security of the items, parking and safety issues. They called me several times on the three days of the sale to get my approval for some sales, in respect for the value of the items to the family. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
