This is the worst location I have been to. 26years old and was properly ID, but because I was with someone who is 28 and didn’t have her physical ID. We were told they cannot serve either of us due to her not having an ID. Manager stated everyone in a group would need to have proper identification which would make no sense if I was to go in there with my mom and be underage ? I feel like I was profiled since the manager stated this is the “ law” in Texas. Which it is most definitely not.

Total Wine is honestly one of my favorite stores. The prices are great, the selection is huge, and I love that you can try so many different wines and spirits in store before buying it makes choosing something new so much easier. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and actually helpful without being pushy. They carry everything from everyday favorites to higher end bottles, plus cigars, which is a nice bonus. Parking is easy and stress free, and the store layout makes it simple to find what you’re looking for. Overall, it’s a go to spot whether you’re restocking, trying something new, or shopping for a special occasion. Highly recommend.

As soon as I came in, I was met by a friendly face, a young man named Robert. He showed me the Chardonnay aisle and helped me pick out a bottle I was looking for. It is a new item and luckily they had a sample of it for me to try out. Excellent service! He also was helping another man flawlessly. Good work ethic and made a very anxious person like me feel comfortable enough to come back.

Let me start by saying that Garret (HR and Wine guy) was absolutely amazing and truly went above and beyond. I had placed two orders. One for this location and one for another, and this was my first stop. I came into the store because I was having trouble locating all the bottles I needed for client gifts. I explained that I was in a bit of a pickle and just needed something comparable in taste within a specific price point. I was looking for an additional 19 bottles, and Garret did not hesitate to jump in and help. He walked the entire store with me, asked lots of questions to better understand what I needed, and even loaded and pushed the cart for me. His patience, knowledge, and kindness made a stressful situation so much easier. I truly could not have asked for a better person to assist me today. Highly recommend!

Ms. Angela is an awesome leader. I have a lot of respect for her. She works very hard and demands excellence. Ms. Valerie makes the store feel warm and welcoming and has exceptional customer service skills. I really enjoy my interactions with these two women. Also.....Van is a keeper. He's a very hard worker and his problem resolution skills are superior. Lastly, April is always kind and efficient. Where would the front end be without her leadership! These 4 always make my day, but the staff in general usually has it together.
