I love this store and always shop here. Today I went thru cashier 24272 Donna line and she checked us out and didnt give us our coupon politely put it on her register. We had 2 different brands of cigars and she rung them all up same price🤦‍♀️ Please correct yourself and do better

Didn’t realize I gave the cashier an abc liquors gift card to check the balance. She rudely said this is not abc but I could abc my way out of the store if I wanted to ??? This business depends on people to survive yet they employ individuals like this person who gives 0 . After I realized what was said and advised the other cashier that you probably shouldn’t talk to customers that way she again rudely and abruptly responded back to me . Management wasn’t any better, when the cashier said her initial comment the entire management staff was all there laughing at her offensive comment to a paying customer. The lack of respect at this store is on another level and corporate should look into the entire staff. I really like total wines but I’ll be thinking twice to go here if the staff continues this level of disrespect.

This place is UNREAL! Never seen anything like it before. The wine selection is endless… In fact, everything is endless! It’s clean, organized and the staff are friendly and helpful. Wow! Super impressed and can’t wait to return just to cruise the aisles 😉 PS they price match here!
