I used to be a staunch BevMo fan until I discovered Total Wine. The selection here is incredible, and the workers are very friendly and helpful. There is always one type of every liquor on a fantastic deal. ( At least that's what i've noticed every time I have gone.) The displays are nice and they often have in store tastings, which allow you to discover new brands and new liquor. Some women love going to the shoe store.But I feel the same way going to total wine.... Excited and eager to discover something new

Meh. Good selection and prices are fine. My overall experience purchasing, renting, and returning a 1/4 keg of beer was lacking. Picking up my order took over 15 min with most of the time watching the woman(dont remember name) said one minute as she ran around the front of the store filling out other orders or something. Finally someone comes out and asks what I needed again. Get my keg, tap, tub and leave. Go to install the party pump(tap) and of course it doesnt work. Leaks and produces nothing but foam. Life happens so I head to the store for a replacement. Kinda of get attitude because i dont know what type of tap I am holding? I dont work at Total Wine not do I work on kegs for a living. Sorry I am not up to par with these terms. Whatever, I get my tap and leave and eventually get to enjoy my beer. The return of the keg, tap, and tub was even worse. Employee said go grab a cart and bring up the items to front of the store. Lets me out the front of the store. I am back within 45 sec and he is off helping someone else? Um hello how about you finish this transaction first? So I get to stand around for another 5 minutes waiting for help when Tyler comes up and says if I am not purchasing anything else I can leave out the lanes. No mention of my deposit. Again I dont work here so I assume they willl scan the items in and I will get my deposit. Now at this point I dont trust anything from your employees so I call up as I am halfway home and not to my shock I have to return to the store. When I arrive to the store Tyler, who is the one who ends up doing my return and deposit didnt apologize for making me come back. Seemed irritated I was even at the store. I wont be back. I would rather take my business where I am appreciated and not a bother to the employees. TLDR : Beer good, tap bad, zero customer service. Wont be back.

Naturally, I've been to a dozen of these stores as I travel often and visit w friends blah, blah, blah... Now for this location and more personable review. Kelly was awesome. I was asking targeting questions about tequila as we are strongly considering an investment in a tequila company based overseas. She consistently offered valid answers as well as her opinions on products, marketing etc. - she poured me a taste of two versions of Suavecito. Most importantly even as a first timer, in this, my new local TW&M store I felt valued. In the other areas of the store I found pleasant staff members as well. Checkout was seamless and I even got to use some kind of discount tied to either my membership or a special of the month. It was a winning trip. I'm stocked up with tequila, whiskey and even alcohol-free sparkling grape juice, so it'll be a minute until I return. But thanks to the entire crew! Convenient location off 95 and Centennial Pkwy. Lots of parking with handicap parking up front. Carts available at entrance. No masks required. Very neat, clean organized. Large selection from low to high prices. Very helpful, accommodating, friendly customer service. We ordered items for pickup. They called right away when items were ready. The assistant manager was quick in retrieving the items. Cashier was great. We will be returning and or ordering online. 7/5/22 Revisited Total wine today. No masks required. Still maintaining organized neat and clean interior. We were looking for specific items. We found two of them but needed help on the third. Customer service rep was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond locating the item. She climbed up the ladder to the top shelf, pushed aside boxes and found the item at the back. She was determined to find it and we were very pleased. Shopped here recently. No masks required. Still neat organized and clean. Shelves were well stocked. Customer service is still friendly and helpful. Checkout was fast.

[Above all, will I be back?] This place is an adult version of a candy shop! It is as big as Costco, there are several tasting booths. I tried whiskey from North Carolina and flavored cocktails and of course I got bunch of them! I wish I had this brand in my area.. As a Vegas local, definitely I will be back! 1. Ambience It is huge liquor store with many different section. From Japanese whiskey to brewery beers, you can find most of the common brands here! Well stocked and organized. Easy to shop. Well lit, high celling and well airconditioned. Decorated sections with theme here and there. I love their wedding selection(champagnes in pretty packaging) with flower decor. They offer consultation for wedding. There is a cigar room. 2. Service Staff was helpful to find what I was looking for and cashier was friendly. 3. Hygiene The bottles were not dusty, floor was clean. 4. Location It is right next to 95 and near In-N-Out burger and La-Z Boy Furniture in Centennial Hills 5. Parking It is in a shopping plaza so there is a plenty of parking. 6.
