Drove 35 miles to get a special bottle that no other store had. Everyone very helpful, especially Fred. Got our special bottle of Prosecco for a Christmas gift & a bottle for ourselves as recommended by Fred. TY Total Wine!!

The inventory is mind boggling. The live website is incredible. The staff is exceptional. Knowing something about the industry and logistics makes me realize how tight of a ship that place is, and being able to maintain that many products with such efficiency while also maintaining quality is nothing short of miraculous. Love it!

I bought a keg from Total Wine and rented a tap from their Towson location. Unfortunately, the tap was completely broken. The seal was missing, and it looked like it had never been cleaned (see photos). We did not discover this until the night of our Halloween party, and as a result, we could not pour beer for the first couple of hours. We had to scramble to find a working tap from another store during the party. When we returned the tap the next day and explained what happened, the staff refused to give a refund and only offered a $20 gift card. For a store of this size, that level of customer service is very disappointing. They clearly do not check or clean their rental equipment, and they were not willing to take responsibility for the issue. I would not recommend renting a tap or buying a keg from this location.

HUGE selection. If you are looking to try international spirits, this is the place to find it. Great selection of Cigars also. Curb side pickup for pre-orders, easy app use and great customer service. This is definitely the spot to go to if you are looking for a drink that your local store doesn't carry. This weeks choice: Japan

Amazing experience! the staff is awesome. Did an online pickup order for my wedding and then 4 days later they were able to take back everything we didn’t use. Customer service is top notch, highly recommend!
