What's a very nice please turn to have all kinds of beer wine we have a bar kind of set up must visit this place. Cost effective too cheap and good taste how all kinds of wines old wines year old wines here you'll not get different kinds of liquids like brandy whiskey ramjan is not available in this place get all kinds of cigar have a good parking

Where to start about how terrible our experience was. We first went into the store 6 months ago to inquire about the process. We were told that we were much too early to place our order and to come back closer to the date. We went in several weeks ago and looked at the list with the beer manager who assured us that our order would be ready. It is now 2 days before our reception, and we called like he instructed. We were told that, not only was one of our kegs "lost," but another that he tried to order was out of business. What in the world? How do you even let us place an order with a brewery that is out of business? Why didn't anyone try to call us any sooner to fix any of this? Instead of trying to help us the beer manager just tried to make excuses about their ordering process. On top of that, when I asked to work with another manager, no one would help us because they weren't responsible for beer. I understand mistakes happen, but if your only attempt at helping the situation is to try to create empathy for your poorly performing systems, then I will take my business elsewhere. Luckily, Smyrna World of Beverage was willing to help us on short notice!

I had great service. Dennis made things so easy for picking and choosing different things for my wedding. The wine recommendations were perfect, guests complemented the wines chosen. Had enough for everyone

Ist time shopping here as I just moved to the area. You carry my wine at a good price - store is super clean and organized. Kayla at checkout was GREAT! Explained the rewards program and was not pushy! I'll be back! ***8/7 - update - ordered wine and did curbside pick-up - Kayla once again was a delight! I tried to give her a tip and she said she wasn't allowed - if I want to tip someone I should be able to tip for great customer service- she brought me a case of wine to my car. Thanks Kayla - your great - I do not agree with this policy! She is a gem :)

I needed to pick up mini wine & a couple of single bottles of beer for someone. & as soon as I walked in Jayce was uber friendly & helpful. Same massive layout & selection as with other locations, including the stylish, walk-in cigar humidor. Make sure to sign up for their rewards program as it’s one of the easiest & quickest way to earn & redeem. This location really serves up great & engaging customer service.
