Refused service because my 7-month pregnant wife didn't have her ID. We are both in our 30s and were buying gifts. She's actually older than me. I understand rules, but this was a total lack of situational awareness. Won’t be back.

If you can't find what you're looking for at this store, you're probably not going to find it anywhere. This store is vast and the selection of liquor, wine, and beer is huge. There are also plenty of THC and NA beers to choose from. There's an aisle of snacks to choose from as well as items like corkscrews. The best part is that you can get samples of a variety of drinks. I tried the cream tequila and it was so good. Staff was friendly and helpful!

I really liked going to this place until I went in to pick up a few things with an expired physical ID. I had a valid email from the state matching photo and information as receipt of my incoming valid license, and they still would not sell me their product. I don’t fault the employees at all for this, but the SOP is completely irrational when you’ve got verifiable information from a valid government entity on hand. They even said if I had the paper form it would be valid. Completed nonsense, I’ll take my business elsewhere moving forward.

This place is fantastic for a wide selection and reasonable pricing. They also have a loyalty program. They also have their own app and you can order online. From wine to whiskey, to beer and even cigars, peanuts, and beef jerky, you will find it here. The staff is always friendly and helpful with suggestions. The only reason for not giving them 100 percent is sometimes the in-store price is not correct because the updated price has not been posted yet. I have reported this to the staff twice, and they were thankful I reported the error.

So happy to find this place! They have an insane variety of all kinds of spirits as well as non-alcoholic drinks. I’ve never seen so many options for NA beers and alcohol removed wines which can be very hard to find! Their selection of THC beverages is insane, the best anywhere in Omaha. If you drink or enjoy mocktails, NA beverages, or THC infused products you have got to visit Total Wine & More. Bonus they don’t use plastic bags but recycled boxes instead, which is awesome. Snacks and a humidor for cigars and tobacco are also an option but I haven’t tried those. So many choices, you’ll be blown away! Highly recommend ✅
