I had purchased items that had a promotion if you buy it then you get another item free. The manager tended to me. He gave the refund for the item that was supposed to be free. I wanted to return everything because I didn’t want it. I understand we get frustrated explaining ourselves more than one but for some of us it take a minute to comprehend things. He got frustrated with me and I was respectful and calm. It’s one thing if I came in the store loud and being disrespectful but I wasn’t. He proceeded to do refund me for one item and kept silence because it got him upset with me for him doing his job. No happy holiday or have a good day when I left. May God bless him with patience because you can’t be a manager and not have it.

This Total wine location it’s like a museum with huge with variety of beer, wine and the hard liquor through all the store with many specials on all types of liquor, beer and wine prices. Great I recommend many friends for cognac and scotch, and everybody loves it by it by the box to give gifts for Christmas and New Year’s…, Special thing for the management the team on the floor and the cashiers I definitely give it a five stars for price customer service.., strongly recommend to anyone don’t buy my stuff.., Leave me some people buying by the case.., omg

I went to this Total Wine for a lunch event, for a new Haitian rum called Saint Sauveur. Saint sauveur is a rum brought to you by Melky Jean, Wyclef Jean's sister. When I entered the store I instantly felt welcomed. I was greet with smiles and assistant. I was there for the lunch but I walked around and saw employee stock the shelfs and making sure the store was clean and clean it was. I noticed this Total Wine had more selection than the one I usually go to. I will be returning to purchase there. Hard to find wine and liquor was there and I just loved the feel I got when I was there. Can explain it but I didn't feel like I had to rush in and rush out with my purchase. It felt more like a library full with books. I just wanted to roam the halls and take my time looking at there selection. I recommend going to this Total Wine when need that hard to find beverage. They seem fully stock of every selection.

Total Wine is one of my favorite spots because they have such an impressive and extensive inventory. They usually offer samples. The order pickup process was very smooth and efficient, which I really appreciated. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help with recommendations. I also love that Total Wine has a rewards program. One of the things that sets this store apart from others is how accessible their miniature bottles are. They are easy to browse and grab, making shopping much more convenient. I’m really looking forward to coming back to check out one of their classes or tastings.
