Came for some tequila. Item shows it's in stock. The associate checked and they show in their system had a full case. Waited for 1 hour while they checked and nothing. Had 4 employees checking all around and nothing. Wasted my time and drive. Waited 1 hour. Not even a $5 coupon. Better to go to bevmo or a small liquor store.
Came into Total Wine & More today and was trying to choose a wine to take to Thanksgiving Dinner. I must have had a huge question mark on my face because Ian saw me as he was passing by the aisle I was in. I am a wine drinker but my taste is different than what I was looking for. He made several excellent recommendations and even took the time to see if the tasting center had the wine I was looking for so I could make an informed decision. Total win! I've always had a good experience at this location but today I had a fantastic experience. Way to go Total wine for having knowledgeable employees who understands the importance of providing the best customer service.
Impressive selection of spirits and beers. Had more than what I was looking for, and enjoyed the friendliness of the staff.
Wow! I needed expert help in choosing gifts and an expert I got! I think her name was Hannah, and she was so knowledgeable and helpful. She wasn't pushy at all and showed me double gold brands in my price range and spent lots of time with me. I don't think there could be a better place to shop for quality international and national brands.
This store has an amazing selection! It is the only place I have been able to find Sugarlands Moonshine. There is a variety to choose from and decent prices. Plenty of free parking is available.
