I shop here frequently and the customer service is outstanding. Today In particular, I was having issues using a gift card and despite the store being extremely busy, one of the managers, David Summers, took extra time out of his day to call customer service and help me get the gift card to work. Staff members are also always willing to go out of their way to help me find a particular wine or product that I am looking for. Highly recommend shopping here.

This is a more of a corporate review. Fix your app. You should be able to order things that are currently “out of stock” through the app… we know it’s not going to be ready overnight but your employees are too busy to be answering the phones to take custom orders…. It should be an easy fix… I can’t believe it’s still like this!

Karen was very nice. She saw that I had a Japanese whisky, asked if I ever tried it, and gave me a sample. I thought she really cared about my selection which made me feel good about the purchase. She gave me a rundown of different whiskeys which I thought was fascinating. Karen is very awesome. Thank you, again.

Excellent store. Huge selection of great brands. Opening hours are better than other similar stores and prices are fair. I found everything I needed to prepare high-end Martinis for my guests, including utensils, and garnishes. Wines, spirits, non-alcoholic drinks, glasses, cups - this is a one-stop shop for beverages when hosting any kinds of events, or to prepare the late night Friday end-of-the-week drink. Highly recommended.

Great selection, helpful staff. I came in looking for an item that the app said was in stock but the shelf was empty. I asked someone and it was up in the racking area with dozens and dozens of boxes. Nicolle got a ladder and sorted through the boxes to get me that 1 bottle. Thanks so much, will definitely be back
