Leslie was a great help during my visit. She helped us locate everything that we needed and also provided some tasty samples. The elderberry was delicious

I recently visited this location of Total Wine & More and had a very uncomfortable experience. From the moment my friend and I walked in, we were singled out and repeatedly approached by an employee asking “what do y’all need?” in a way that felt more like we were being monitored than helped. As we continued shopping, it became clear that we were being watched, as this behavior was not directed toward other customers in the store. The situation became more frustrating when I was skipped in line while others were allowed to go ahead of me without explanation. Additionally, a police officer entered during this time and made a vague comment toward me, which only added to the discomfort and confusion of the experience. Overall, the environment felt unwelcoming and targeted, and it made it difficult to shop comfortably. No customer should feel this way simply trying to browse and make a purchase. I hope management takes the time to review this and ensure all customers are treated fairly and respectfully.

Wish they had more of my favorites, but they do have a large selection to try new things.

Whenever there's a weird bottle I'm looking for (which has been kind of often since getting into craft mixology and tiki), I'd say 90% of the time they've got it. Good selection, friendly and generally very knowledgeable staff. I'm still a little salty that someone definitely took the artsy box from Reserva La Familia Extra Anejo came in, but I'll still come back. (In the cases they don't have what I'm looking for, I do Dorignacs, one of the Martin's stores, or Keife & Co.; TW often has the best prices on big names, but it's a crapshoot on local and smaller brands.)
