This was my first visit to Total Wine & More. Impressive presentation! I wandered in totally overwhelmed by the massive selection. The stored has a classy, attractive, clean appearance. Also, seemed well staffed. An associate ( Steffan?) noticed me immediately and offered his assistance. He checked the inventory and guided me to the location of the Latin American holiday beverage called Rompope. Chances were slim that I could have ever located Rompope on my own. Steffan was so cordial and sincerely polite. He made my introduction to TW&M quite positive. Steffan then directed me to the checkout where I was greeted by a lovely lady named Brandi. What a beautiful smile to send me on my way!

Very disappointing experience at Total Wine. The staff was rude and did not seem to value or honor their own price-match policy. Instead of helping, they were dismissive and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would avoid this store—it’s simply not worth the frustration.

I hate to say this but I might not be coming to this location as much in the future. I'm really VERY dissapointed in the recent changes to the store. Instead of a large selection of beer (craft and otherwise) it has been replaced with thc infused "cocktails" and hard seltzers. I've been coming to this location for years to pick out the years newest releases on beers from places you just don't think about. And they usually tend to be really good. But now, instead of a large selection of good beer, it's now just one aisle of beer. And most of it IPA. Which I'm not a fan of. I come here every December to buy my family a new pick of beer but I guess I'll have to be looking elsewhere because suddenly beer isn't the hot thing. Which is super odd because beer has been a popular choice of drink for centuries. Also, how can you reduce the size of your beer selection when you have a huge sign on the front of the building promoting that you have a large selection of beer? But you don't. What the actual heck! I don't want thc infused crap, and crappy tasting hard seltzers. You have a large majority of people in the area who are beer drinkers. Bring back your larger beer selection!

This is a great location. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. If you want to find a new wine, just ask Linda! I tried so many fantastic new things while there. A great place to buy gifts as well!

Great selection for what I was looking to purchase. An employee saw me looking around and quickly offered to help. He walked to what I wanted and I was on my way to the cashier. Great experience.
