My GO to place for top notch wines and hooch! The som's are super knowledgeable, and recommend GREAT products. They even have classes and tastings once a week every so often. Everybody there is so nice, and especially the checkers!
0 stars for the manager 5 stars for everyone else. I want to give a huge shout out to Jeff, Zachary, and Chris. they are always incredibly helpful and consistently give the best wine recommendations. They truly take the time to listen to what we’re looking for, educate us, and guide us to something we’ll love. Their knowledge and customer service are a big reason we keep coming back. I also want to recognize Robyn, who was extremely helpful and patient during checkout today. She was very patient but honestly, she should get a raise for dealing with her disrespectful manager. She requested help with an issue with my gift card and the manager responded to Robin absolutely disrespectfully, but I was surprised by Robin’s grace and how she handled it because she’s much better than I would’ve been. The manager was short with dark hair, female. Overall, this location has an amazing team, and employees like these are what make the shopping experience so enjoyable.
Updated 12/7/25... Went into TWM Reno and picked up a Bookers and went over to the scotch section. Associate greeted me in the conversation associate praised a spirit direct another associate joined the conversation and both of them bashed Bookers with one of the associates knowing I had a Bookers in my basket because he was on the bourbon aisle when I grabbed it I find Very unprofessional in my opinion. I believe the associates should be giving advice on spirits not putting the. Especially when it's in a customers possession.
This place is an adult candy store. Mind blowing as to the assortment and variety of boozy choices. There are bottles valued over $1000.00, international varieties, and flavors that will tickle your fancy. I had to reign in my spending spree. My buddy had to escort me out of the store before I traded in my first born.
Well stocked store and we load up the van while camping and going to Virginia City. Prices are way better than where we live in Oregon and lots of choices no matter what you are looking for. They open at 8am on Sundays so it was a perfect stop on the way back home.
