I started going to Dr. Michael a few months ago for tension headaches/migraines and just overall well-being. He really listens and answers all my questions I have. My headaches are almost gone. They were terrible migraines that I was getting weekly. It's been several weeks since I've had one that bad. If I do get one, it's a small one and goes away with movement. I now have my mom and my 15yo both going there. He's helped all 3 of us with our different issues. My son strained his back falling in basketball. It's hurt for 3 weeks. I took him today and he felt relief after the first visit. Michael was great with him, made sure he was comfortable and talked him through everything with great detail since it was his first ever chiropractor visit. He also did some exercises with him and told him what to do at home. I'm grateful I happened on their Instagram page and decided to make that first appointment!

Dr. Mason Martinez is absolutely incredible! From the first appointment, I felt completely comfortable and cared for. She takes the time to listen, understand your concerns and explain everything. Dr. Martinez’s calm, compassionate presence combined with all her knowledge makes every visit a positive experience. The clinic is clean, peaceful, and welcoming. Melissa is amazing and such wonderful welcoming and kind presence when you arrive. I can’t recommend Dr. Martinez enough. So grateful to have found her!

Dr. Mason Martinez is the most knowledgeable, caring, warm person you could ever have taking care of you. A visit with her is life changing. The space that her and Dr. Michael Martinez have curated is truly a one of a kind; ultra serene and versatile. I just cannot say enough good things. I always learn something new and my life instantly gets better because they are super supportive. My husband and I are just starting our pregnancy journey and I’ve recieved the best support from Dr. Mason Martinez. She’s truly helped me, a total neurotic, feel so calm and peaceful about this process. Everyone deserves this kind of health care.

I’ve only been going to Totality for a couple weeks and what Michael has been able to do for my knee has already exceeded my expectations. I was immensely fortunate enough to start experiencing benefits after my first session of combined dry needling, chiropractic adjustment, and PT. At this point I cannot imagine a physical ailment for which I wouldn’t consult Totality. Also booking appointments online and actually getting in for treatment is exceptionally easy and fast. Cannot recommend enough.

Totality Holistics is awesome! Dr Mason, Dr Martinez and Melissa have been so wonderful to work with. I started going in January 2025 after a first failed FET. I saw Dr Mason on a weekly basis until our second attempt in April, which was successful, through 8 weeks pregnant. I am now seeing Dr Michael and he is very knowledgeable in prenatal care. Both Drs and Melissa really listen and take the time to understand what you need. I cannot recommend their services enough!
