I've been coming here for many years. I've taken my shitzhzu here+ now my lab/ retriever. Despite the long wait for grooming they are very kind and caring. When I bring my dog in I can tell I can trust them by the way my dog walks right in and is happy on the way out. Beautiful job, my retrievers first time professional groomed and she smells and looks fantastic. And they gove a cute bandana at the end.

We have taken our boxer lab mix to daycare here for years. They take phenomenal care of him. And he is always excited to go. They offer convenient services like nail trims during the day at daycare. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place that loves their dog while they need to go to work or simply some time to get something done without the dog around.

Toureen is better than we could have hoped for. We can’t thank the caring and attentive staff enough for provide a nurturing environment that makes our dog, Cooper, feel at home. This place is awesome. I called on a Sunday in desperate need of a bath/hair cut for my mini goldendoodle, Daisy. Chris answered the phone and was super accommodating and friendly. The next morning I brought Daisy in for her appointment and the experience was great. Chris and the gal working at the reception desk were totally understanding of how I didn't want Daisy's hair cut too short, but enough to clean her up. They assured me they would call me if they felt they needed to take more off (due to possible matting). The end result was great! Daisy looked fabulous and she knew it too! She had the biggest smile on her face all day! I'm so glad to have discovered Toureen!
