We always stop by and grab something when we come grocery shopping at Lotte. The food and staff are always on point. Highly recommend and will always return as long as the keep this up.

Everything we have gotten here has been amazing. Staff are friendly and helpful and it’s clean and well organized. We stop in every time we go to Lotte!

This is such a great place, coffee is well brewed, staff are kind a knowledgeable, the dairy products for the coffee are top notch which really impacts the quality of the coffee. The fruit drinks are also fresh and delish! But oh my the pastries. Whether you want sweet or savory they have you covered. Fresh and finished in-house with quality ingredients you will think you have been transported to a French Patisserie. I have been here several times and they always have great product served by kind people. Prices are very fair and portions are significant. Don’t pass this place up!!

Pastries, cakes, and other sweets all look very pretty. I've been to a different location of this in another state as well. This new location in Lotte had a great variety of pastries when I went on a Sunday. Nice and clean, and the staff seemed nice too. Can't wait to go back and try more!
