This is a pretty new spot, apparently just opened 4 months ago. I went on on a Sunday morning and got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, it was pretty good. The ambiance is nice, the service was kinda weird but good overall. Excited to see what comes next for this spot.

Three months in and they sill have not solved their logistics issues. Thought if I kept my order simple & takeout—just a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit—that might help. Provided a 15–20 minutes wait time, but only after order & payment. That would be understandable at 9:15 on a Saturday, but then the actual wait was 41 minutes, and the food was just OK. The biscuit itself seemed overdone, not like those pictured on earlier reviews, and the sausage fairly bland. Could have been in and out of Starbucks faster, cheaper, and happier with their reheated nonsense. Would rather support people than corporations, but the said people need to get it together; maybe hire a logistics manager to keep a tighter rein on the online order rate. EDIT 2026-03-27: wasn't looking for or expecting a refund on such a small order, but credit where credit is due—their comment to this review mentioned a refund, and the refund was issued & received.

Biscuits are soft and flaky on the inside and had that crunch on the outside. I had the biscuit with gravy and it was delicious. Gravy was what you want it to be - lots of sausage, thick, not too salty and abundant with every bite of biscuit. Had it with sweet tea which made the flavors a great balance of sweet+salty. My partner had the fried chicken biscuit. Usually this can be dry because of all the breading but this was so so juicy. Also the owner/founder is extremely passionate and welcoming. She's easy to talk to and you can tell she just wants people to enjoy the food she makes.

I haven't been personally, only have ordered online through door dash. Lemme tell y'all something though... these biscuits do not disappoint. These biscuits melt in your mouth. You can tell someone put they love into these. My coworkers and I have been obsessed now for the last month. We order from them maybe 1-2 times a week. Y'all are doing the damn thang !!!!

These biscuits especially the chicken fried steak and fried chicken are some of the best I’ve ever had reminds me of being back home at my mama’s house in North Carolina🍗.
