Our driver was reliable and communicated to me every step of the way. He allowed me to get back to my weekend by taking my car to where it needed to go and sent me plenty of pictures assuring me the drop off was made and my vehicle was secure. I would definitely use their services again.
I was 1.5 hrs away from home and my transmission Went out, I called these guys and the owner responded quickly and was very courteous and helpful. He came out in reasonable amount of time and let me know the eta as he neared my location. They are absolutely the best. We wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. Arrived exactly when they said they would and I felt very secure seeing all the work put into making sure my car was safely loaded. I just moved to the area and am not familiar with the area. I popped my passenger side tires and was in need of a tow. It was also my daughters birthday. Zeke had great communication with me before he even arrived. When he got to me, (which was fast) he quickly got me hooked up and where I needed to go. He also helped make my daughters birthday a little more special! He was very professional and went out of his way to put my nerves at ease. I would highly recommend this service to anyone! Great service!
Absolute wonderful service from Zeke and his company Towtally Reliable Towing! He was very friendly when I called to inquire about towing my vehicle, and answered all my questions. He arrived at the time he stated, it didn’t take him long to hook up the vehicle and was very affordable. He told me he would send me pictures of the vehicle when he dropped it off, and he did exactly what he said! I would highly recommend Zeke and Totally Reliable Towing Services, they offer a variety of services.
