I had been renting a violin for many years and had built up enough money to finally buy my vary own. I went through many many violins to find "the one" and the wonderful employees were friendly, helpful and patient the entire time, we even had to stay after closing time.

We spoke briefly about my daughter's interests and he was not at all shocked about our requirements to train in this specific genre (classic rock). We discussed my daughter's learning Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin, and I told him she intended to master "Voodoo Child," and how that was a mandatory outcome of our training. Without missing a beat, Willie agreed confidently that Alex Z. was our man. Willie told me everything I would need to purchase up front so we would be ready to go when our session started. It was a very simple and straightforward process.

I knew that we wanted a high quality instrument that lasted a lifetime for myself and my children but am not as familiar with pianos specifically. Gene was super helpful in guiding me through their huge selection of both new and used and in highlighting the differences between pianos. In the end we found a great Kawai baby grand that looks as good as it plays and at a great price. Thanks guys!
