When our Board was tasked with transforming a 7,800 sq. ft. property with “good bones” into a sorority house for 38 women in less than 90 days, we knew it would be a challenge. From our very first meeting, Lindsay’s vision and confidence put us at ease. She brought in Tracy and capabilities of the full firm, and the team balanced style and functionality perfectly. They kept us on track using ASANA, communicated clearly at every stage, and handled the chaos of multiple stakeholders with professionalism and positivity. My husband and I have worked with Tracy Lynn and staff for over 15 years. Tracy and her designers take your general ideas, hopes and dreams for how you want your home to look, feel and function and bring them to fruition. Our projects have been as simple as “freshening” a few rooms to full remodels of our kitchen and bathrooms. It's a wonderful experience to work with this company! From choosing a flooring, to lighting, paint colors, overall design, and selecting furniture, the team absolutely understands how to make a house into the home you will love! The staff is positive, fun, responsive, and so talented. I live outside of CA, and am amazed at how much they can do remotely. Tracy Lynn has an incredible eye for color, even through a photo or a video. I highly recommend this design studio. It's a joy to work with them.

Tracy Lynn Studio is an amazing design firm! Alicia is one of the talented designers who brought her skills and knowledge to my home remodel project with amazing results. I especially appreciated the time she took to listen to what design elements were important to me, and she respected my desire to keep family mementos and significant pieces and weave them together with more contemporary furnishings and accents. Every time I look around my house, I’m so grateful for her and the other people who worked to make a difficult task easier and fun-it’s now a beautiful and tranquil haven for my family and friends.

Our experience with Tracy Lynn Studio was nothing short of fabulous.
