Tracy, Emilie, and the whole team at TTWD, are nothing short of exceptional people, planners, and artists. From early planning calls to the day of our destination wedding in Sicily, Tracy and her team went above and beyond to make us feel calm and cared for. Tracy is an absolute visionary, with an almost magical ability to design a wedding that surpasses even your wildest imagination and that somehow feels so perfectly *you*. I may be slightly bias, but as someone who has attended countless weddings as both a guest and professional, I can confidently say that I've never been to a wedding more beautiful than my own, thanks to Tracy and her team. Beyond the beauty of our day, Emilie and the incredible team of TTWD coordinators made it so we could enjoy our wedding weekend (and the entirety of the planning process!) to the fullest, celebrating our love, without any stress. They handled EVERYTHING, so my husband and I could focus on each other, our friends and family, and soaking in all the love of this most magical day. We were able to be SO present, and that is truly the most incredible gift. I could not recommend TTWD enough. If you want a wedding planning process that is filled with calm, joy, personal touches, and absolute magic, TTWD is the answer.

We had the best experience working with Tracy Taylor Ward and her entire team. Every planning call was something we genuinely looked forward to—they brought calm, creativity, and a level of professionalism that made the whole process enjoyable. The design they created reflected the bride and groom’s aesthetic perfectly, and their recommendation for our photographer couldn’t have been more on point. On the wedding day, their attention to detail was flawless. Everything ran smoothly, beautifully, and without a single worry on our end. We felt completely supported from start to finish. Tracy Ward is a rare talent who brings exceptional artistry, professional level data/cost transparency, AND a joyous, supportive heart to her work. Tracy does all the flowers and design for her weddings/events and her impeccable taste transformed the Parrish Art Museum's vast cement-floored, black walled space into an enchanting evening garden party that made us all feel as if we were walking on air. Tracy created an organic, magical atmosphere with upholstered banquets, trees, natural flower arrangements - bending and flowing on the tables, rounded, sage-blue bars which felt like part of the landscape, band members in crisp white jackets and a vinyl dance floor designed to resemble large garden stones. Nothing felt over-the-top, yet nothing was overlooked. The execution was equally flawless, and importantly joyous. From the day we met Tracy, through the wedding day - Tracy kept the process focused on what truly matters: celebrating love and bringing families and friends together. Wedding planning can be incredibly stressful, with countless decisions - each with a different price implication. Tracy used google docs and spreadsheets so all of the cost options were easy to see - and she and here team were entirely supportive and willing to work with whatever choices we made. Tracy's warm smile, positive attitude, and competent/lovely team (Emilie and Ana who handled all vendor conversations/negotiations) - genuinely relieved our stress and made the process more enjoyable for my daughter and me. In sum, Tracy's joyful spirit, professionalism and extraordinary skills and knowledge to create and flawlessly execute a magical and gracious wedding from the ceremony to the last bus leaving the after-party - makes her truly exceptional. I recommend Tracy Ward Taylor and her team wholeheartedly and without reservations for any event planning one might need.

The cross section of planners who are also exceptional designers can feel like a unicorn—but Tracy Taylor Ward Design is living proof that it’s possible to do both, and do both beautifully. TTWD is a testament to executing every facet of the planning and design process with excellence. Their couples feel supported, seen, and truly understood. As a wedding photographer who has worked with the TTWD team on multiple occasions, I can say the day always flows effortlessly. It’s hard to put into words how amazing Tracy and her team were in helping us plan our wedding. From start to finish, they were expert communicators with all of our vendors, brought a beautiful design aesthetic to life, and made the entire wedding day seamless. We were worried about how stressful the day itself might be, but thanks to Tracy and her team, it was the exact opposite.
