I attended an event where Tracy catered and was not impressed at all. Tracy set up a hot cocoa bar with a dirty basket with dead maggots or worms in it. My friend made a cup of hot cocoa and she ate a worm. When we dumped her cup out there were MULTIPLE worms in one cup. Tracy is not taking any accountability for her wrong doings and keeps claiming the box was "sealed" when she set up. Sealed boxes can still contain worms/maggots if the product is OLD. Multiple people got sick from this and I am very disappointed with her lack of professionalism and food safety knowledge.

We hired this caterer for a private event. During service, live larvae were discovered in hot chocolate that had already been served to guests. After consumption, guests became ill and vomited, and service was immediately stopped due to food safety concerns. We requested a full refund but were unable to resolve the matter directly. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this business.

Tracy catered a gender reveal party and she set up a hot cocoa stand with all her own stuff, I made the first hot cocoa and unfortunately there was worms in it. I did consume these worms! Once I seen them I made sure everyone knew and we check the hot cocoa stand and there was a lot of worm in the basket that had all the hot cocoa packets in them. This made me sick to the point where I had vomited. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Tracy’s Catering is absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. Tracy is Phenomenal! Impeccable service and communication all around and such a warm and welcoming personality. She had us confident right from the start in our decision to bring her team in to design our community Grand Opening event. She took our photos for inspiration and blew them out of the water with her amazing layout (pictures below). Tracy truly does it all and we cannot thank her enough! From the food to the decor, rentals and amazing staff it was perfect across the board. We plan to use her with all of our communities in the area moving forward. 10/10
