Our program coordinator booked a session of mug painting. It was fun although I'm not good at painting. Simple designs would have better effect.

Loved the wheel class! The instructor at the 11/9/25 4:00pm class was awesome. She was encouraging and fun. I was nervous to try wheel and ended up rly enjoying it!

This space is AMAZING! The moment you walk in to the studio, you can feel all of the creative energy flowing throughout. I have taught several stained glass classes in this space, and, for an instructor, you can’t beat the natural lighting and spacious table spaces! I can’t wait to try some of the other classes they offer - like the pottery wheel and hand-built clay classes. A+++ 😃

I had such a wonderful time at Trade Oak Cliff trying pottery for the very first time. The space is welcoming, creative, and inspiring. The instructors were patient and encouraging, especially when my piece kept breaking and I had to start over (more than once!). It’s not as easy as it looks, but that’s what made the experience so special—every crack, every fix, every restart reminded me that art (and life) is about resilience. I love that the pieces are truly handmade and that I’ll get to pick mine up in two weeks once it’s finished. Highly recommend Trade Oak Cliff if you’re looking for a unique, hands-on experience in Dallas. Perfect for anyone who wants to slow down, get creative, and learn something new.

Such a cute studio I’m so glad I stumbled across! Have been wanting to do a pottery class for a while and I opted for the handmade mug class - well organized, instructions were clear, and we got to have fun at the end with designs. Recommended solo as I did or as an activity with loved ones!
