I really like Daniel and Michelle. They really made Our pets happy and tried to find optimal solutions no matter the issue. Very trustworthy and kind. Streamlined app w pics and payment options as well as scheduling. Top notch. Highly recommend without reservation

Michelle and her team were all incredible. We had daily walks for ~6+ months and the punctuality, sincere care for our pups and communication was simply unmatched. We trusted Michelle so much, we also had her dog sit during a 12 day trip this year. Our pups loved her so very much. All the walkers took care to follow our instructions and even worked with our boys to increase their tolerance to other dogs passing by on walks / people saying hi. I recommend tails & trails 1000%!

Trails & Tails is incredible. Our dog Rikki has walked with Keith for 3.5 years (where does the time go?!). On the rare occasions he’s unavailable, owner Michelle steps in seamlessly. “Keith is coming” is Rikki’s favorite phrase—Keith is a true dog whisperer, attentive to what Rikki needs, and he sends the sweetest daily photos (a little documentary of Rikki’s life). Coordination is seamless through their portal, and Keith has also house/dog-sat for us while we travel—always perfect. We trust Keith, Michelle, and the whole Trails & Tails team with anything. With our busy work schedules, it’s such a relief knowing Rikki has Trails & Tails as part of his pack.

Trails & Tails are THE best! They are reliable, trustworthy, and very friendly! I’ve had a few last minute requests over the years and they always are accommodating. Michelle & Daniel are like family to Norman. We recently moved to NYC and miss Trails & Tails SO much! I highly recommend!!

Jackson, Michelle, Patricia (and I’m sure all the team at trails & tails) are the BEST! They took the best care of my little girl while I lived in Seattle for a 7 month stint. They were live savers and able to accommodate my rotating nurse schedule and always took the BEST photos of my girl. They never missed a day and always arrived in their arrival window. I even used them for overnights in multiple occasions so that my girl could be comfortable in her own home. Me and my coworkers would always look forward to reading her doggy diary of her walk that day. Highly recommend this team!
