Elizabeth's yoga class is the best part of my week. I've been practicing yoga for over 20 years, and I have never found a more balanced class. She gives the perfect balance of mindfulness, physical challenge, and restoration. This is a calm class, with a wide variety of poses and levels. On days I need more rest, I can rest. On days I have energy to burn, she always has ideas and suggestions for more challenge. She listens. If I have a pose to work on, or a part of my body that needs attention - she works it into her plan for the day. I love that I can take this class right before picking up kids from school - I am always more ready to face the afternoon on days I get yoga with Elizabeth!

I have been training with Mike for nine months. He has been great at tailoring my workouts to me and what I can do and what I need to work on. For the first time I feel like I’ve got an individualized training program and I look forward to my workouts. And his great personality makes workouts fun.

Mike was absolutely fabulous with my stretching sessions. He is totally professional, knows his area of expertise and always checks in with me as he challenges my range of motion. He is finishing up his doctoral work in physical therapy and will continue to succeed. Mike is personable, well educated and caring as a practitioner. Highly recommend him.

I have been working with Team Move Play for the past ten months through their small fitness classes. I had previously only used running and cycling as my form of fitness activities. This was a good approach for a period, but I started to notice more aches and pains than usual. This year I committed to finding a locally owned and operated gym that could help direct my fitness approaches to be more core and functional focused. The team here has been beyond my expectations. I feel stronger and fitter than I have for years. An unexpected benefit has been the community at Team Move Play. No one likes going to gym, but I hate missing a group workout because I know I am missing time with the community that has welcomed me and has helped to push me to become healthier and more active. Thanks to everything that y’all have done for me!

Im a 72 year old male and have been going to pilates at TMP for about 2 months and find my balance and flexibility have noticeably improved. I feel more stability in my golf game and everyday activities. I feel stronger and have discovered muscles I’d forgotten. Sarah is knowledgeable and finds ways to mix it up so I’m not bored.
