I had a confirmed appointment today at the TM Center in Atlanta, and my experience was nothing short of appalling. After driving an hour, I arrived 15 minutes early, only to find the place completely empty. No one was there to greet me, no doors were open, and despite multiple attempts—calling, leaving a voicemail, and texting—I received absolutely no response. This is beyond unprofessional. If an appointment is scheduled and confirmed, the very least a business can do is show up or communicate if something changes. Their email touts a “satisfaction guarantee,” but based on this experience, that claim is laughable. A complete waste of my time, gas, and effort. If this is how they operate, I’d strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
