We went for a last minute couples date night and ended up having the best time. Ethan was so much fun and so helpful! 10/10 would recommend! 10/10 for best staff member. We went in hoping to do two rooms, but didn’t want to push our luck- Ethan made it happen. The arcade room was a great beginner room. Room 057 was tricky but so well planned out. Our minds were blown with the details in the room.
We booked on a Sunday night for the carnival room. Upon arriving, the guy working (younger red headed guy) suggested we try a different room as we all had escape room experience and he thought it would be too easy for us. We ended up doing Midnight Arcade which was so well done and a ton of fun!!! I really loved the vibe of the room and the puzzles inside. But honestly the best part of the experience was that younger red headed guy who was working. You can just tell he really loves his job and is very passionate about it. He has incredible escape room knowledge and was telling us about all sorts of escape rooms throughout the city. He’s super funny, friendly and “jokey” which is what you want in a game master! I’d come back specifically because of him!! Give this guy a raise, he’s doing great things for this business! This place also has free parking which is super fantastic for being so close to Whyte ave
We had so much fun! We were a group of 5 girls and Ben made sure to give us some extra time in the end to finish our room. The rooms are innovative and the staff is great! Give Ben a raise/promotion. He clearly loves his job and goes above and beyond!
We love Trapped! We've been to hundreds of escape rooms and we always enjoy our time here. We took my son to his first escape room here and he was thrilled to pieces with the story, immersion and of course our success. The themes and puzzles are excellent as are the staff, and I love that there's no keys in rooms that logically wouldn't use them. The immersion is fantastic and the quality excellent. Don't miss coming here.
Rooms are well designed and finished and there is a good storyline to go with the room. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and make things fun — it seems like they really enjoy what they do. Overall, it is a good experience in a pleasant and clean facility. I also like that the lockers are in a room away from the door because you can feel more comfortable leaving your things.
