I went to a temple for the first time it was amazing. After years of reading about bhuddism i decided I needed to take the step and emerse my self and learn hands on. So I visited one of edmotons premier temples, I needed to learn more from monks and practicing bhuddist. So I showed up informely and just had a very beautiful experience learned alot I had a two hour very philophical conversation with one of the monks who was so kind and accepting I was welcomed and treated very well. I look forward to improving my practice of meditation mindfulness and compassion. I recommend this place
