Very competitively priced and easy to work with. Spencer and Logan are great engineers who work quickly, proactively, and communicate well. Could not be happier with TVIT's services.

After nearly 30 years in a business that is computer dependent, I have worked with several IT providers. None have come close to providing the excellent service I have come to expect from Treasure Valley IT. The TVIT staff are outstanding - knowledgeable, fast and professional - they can be relied on.

I have never written a review for an IT company before, mainly because I can't usually understand a word they say, TVIT was very different. I am a healthcare provider with a new practice (in Virginia) and I was referred by my accountant here in Virginia to Boiseweb (in Idaho), who in turn referred me to TVIT for the services Boiseweb doesn't provide. Read my review of Boiseweb for more warm fuzziness. Although I got my website and email up and running with GoDaddy, it was confusing and frustrating and I was in way over my head. The comparison for my experience was that it was like buying a printer these days. The machine is cheap, but you pay out the wazoo for the ink, and your printer is useless if you don't. I do not mind at all paying for good service, but I resent being forcefully separated from my hard-earned money. Having said that, I feel that I got good value initially from GoDaddy. TVIT has been the most amazing experience, and our beautiful relationship is only two weeks old. Something as simple as setting up Windows 365 and three email addresses stretched my doctorally-prepared brain to the breaking point. And then there was Justin... Cue the angels singing and strumming their harps. We were on the phone today for about 2 hours (haven't seen the bill yet!) while Microsoft acted an ass. Justin got us over the finish line and enabled me to be prepared for my new (and first) employee on Monday. For those of you reading this review, ask yourselves if you've ever heard of anyone being deliriously happy after spending two hours on the phone with an IT guy? Add to that the $300 extra dollars I had to pay Microsoft because I didn't know what I was doing and needed more licenses to make the world go round? I was so happy with the experience - but most importantly the knowledge, professionalism, and the ability/willingness to talk with me using words that I can understand - that I signed up for a contract with TVIT so that Justin can never refuse to help me for all eternity. For well-educated human analog people like me, information technology and computers are not scary and I can manage setting up a personal laptop quite well. When things get a bit more complicated, the choice becomes to struggle on or seek help. The problem is that good IT help is hard to find because there are so many amateur cowboys out there with half a clue and a YouTube subscription. I have tried to keep this review entertaining to hold your interest, but I hope you do not underestimate the highest regard I have for Justin, TVIT, their skills, professionalism and enthusiasm. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, they are the nicest folks you could ever hope to come across.

I recommend Treasure Valley IT to all my friends. We have been using their service for several years now. Recently, I received a call from them letting me know that Windows 10 was no longer going to be supported and asked me if I would like them to build new computers for me. I told them yes, and they gave me a quote. I compared their prices with Costco, and found out that I could get 2 computers from TVIT for about the price of one at Costco. On the day when we were making the switch, Pat stayed with me for a good part of the day, while he moved all my files and set both my computers up for me. I appreciate them so much. THANK YOU, Pat and TVIT!
