I make sure to get here 10 minutes early from my appointment with my 4 children and I walk in to 4 other people already waiting. Why have a "schedule appointment" section if I am going to be here at the time I'm supposed to and still have to wait an hour. Very unprofessional for people who have children or other obligations.

Been going to Jackson Hewitt for 6 years to get my taxes done and refuse to go anywhere else. I make sure to see Vicki every year. Past couple years I had trouble understanding tax documents and w-4s and Vicki does amazing explaining everything. She got me on track and now I file with confidence.
