James and the crew at Tree People are great. He was much more responsive than other companies I reached out to and arranged his schedule around to accommodate my semi-emergency job. Some collateral damage happened but it was resolved quickly and went above and beyond to make it right. I’ll never call another arborist.

This crew are masters of their craft. I had a neighbor with an overgrown tree overhanging my roof. I brought them in to trim everything overhanging my property back to the property line. They managed to get all the limbs back to the fence line with no damage to my gutters and without having to access my neighbor's yard, truly impressed they were able to manage that. Will definitely be hiring them again.

Excellent work! Their name says it all. James is a consummate professional who knows the city bureaucracy AND the trees. I had a huge dead tree removed that required a crane, and was thrilled with the work. The crew worked fast and it was fascinating to watch. They cleaned up beautifully, and most amazing to me was that there wasn't any damage to my garden which was literally right under the tree! I highly recommend Tree People Tree Care, specifically James. I contacted them regarding a tree assessment on my property, and James was incredibly responsive and helpful from the start, patiently answering all my questions. He visited the property on to provide a quote. Even though he determined that no work was actually necessary on the tree, I was so impressed with his honesty and straightforward approach. Instead of trying to sell me on unnecessary services, he clearly explained his assessment, stating he saw no hanging branches, rot, or other issues. He even acknowledged that someone particularly risk-averse might opt to trim some higher limbs, but reiterated that he didn't feel any work was required. I truly appreciate his integrity and the fact that he prioritized honesty over making a sale. If I ever do need tree care services in the future, Tree People Tree Care and James will be my first call.

Excellent experience with Tree People. James came to assess the trees on my property, provided quotes. We chose a time for him and his crew to come prune the parking strip maple. They arrived on time and finished the work in an hour. I appreciated the straightforward process of working with James and Tree People, they did great work and I would definitely hire again.
