Terrible Terrible Terrible. Workers yelling at one another while on job site. They manage to cause a electrical power line to catch fire which knocked me off my internet during a very important meeting.

This was my winter plan to access the tree status on the property and trim to cut back overhanging branches across the house and garage. Joe did a through assessment and didn't try to upcharge the work, planned for only what was necessary. The crew did a wonderful job of trimming back what was necessary and greatly improved the shaping of the Japanese Maple. And they cleaned up after themselves.

I had a 36 inch diameter tree fall and Encompass a quadruplex. Figured it would take days to remove and expected more rain damage due to open roof. Tree Works arrived and within four and a half hours approximately 6:30 in the evening tree was completely removed and we were beginning tarping. Good communication, knowledgeable, professional, coordinated team.

It's 6am on Mother's Day, and a tree falls into two units of the condo complex you live in, trapping one resident inside. The fire department freed the trapped resident, but then what. Fortunately someone recommended Tree Worx. I called the emergency number and the owner picked up. From the point I spoke with him, it was only two hours before the entire crew and all of the equipment (including two cranes) arrived on site. They were extremely professional, efficient, and caring. They tended to the residents and expertly removed the tree while preventing further damage. The damage to the roof was so extensive they were unable to put tarps on, but they recommended someone who could help with that. The people they recommended were every bit as impressive as the crew from Tree Worx. I will definitely use them if the need arises again!

Tree Worx provided excellent service. An arborist came to our house to give advice on our trees, determine the scope of the job and then provided a very good estimate. The crew arrived on schedule and worked very hard to complete the job in one day. The crew was very respectful of our property and asked me many times if the work was being done to my satisfaction. The crew moved a small-track manlift into my backyard and were very careful to avoid my septic tank, fill lines and drain field. The attached picture shows that Tree Worx has the equipment to do the job right!!! Thank you.
