TRUE STORY CHRISTMAS 2025 I went for a long Sunday ride up to Franklin Canyon Park in Beverly Hills. Halfway through, the rear wheel on my brand-new Specialized (yes, a competitor’s bike, not a Trek!) completely cracked, causing flat tire, leaving me stranded miles from home. As I’m pushing my broken bike along the road, a guy pulls over and asks if I need help. His name is Leo, and it turns out he’s on his way to his Sunday shift at Trek Bicycle Beverly Hills. Without hesitation, Leo loads my bike onto his Thule rack, hands me a cold can of sparkling water, and drives me straight to the shop—hours before it’s supposed to open. He opens up early, diagnoses the wheel, and gets me rolling again, all on his own time. This was straight-up angelic intervention. In LA, a good deed this pure maybe happens once every five years—if you’re lucky. Massive shout-out to Josh (the co-worker who was there) for being super chill about the whole unplanned, pre-opening repair too. Leo and Josh—thank you both so much. You guys are legends. 🙏👍
I dropped by to pick up some lights for my bike so I didn’t spend much time in the store, but I did notice that there’s a very nice selection of bikes, apparel and cycling accessories. I will definitely return so I can spend more time there. I also thought all the associates I spoke with were very knowledgeable about the bikes and cycling accessories we did talked about and they were all nice people to interact with.
I had a lovely experience in the Trek shop: the staff were all super kind, friendly, and helpful. I stopped off for a simple tube replacement, done within 20 minutes. Really nice vibes from everyone and would highly recommend to others!
This bike shop is probably the friendliest, nicest bike shop I have ever encountered! I went here to fix my Shimano shoes. I use them for spinning but one of the clips was giving me issues that I couldn't figure out. I went in to ask how much it would cost to fix the bottom of my shoe and instead 2 workers went to work on it and repaired my shoe for FREE. Like what?? Who does that today?? I would have paid for it. They were so nice in taking time out in their day to repair my shoe and just the nicest people who work there. You can tell they love bikes/ biking and helping people. I would highly recommend this shop for all your bike needs!
I had one of my favorite purchasing experiences of all-time here. Felt like I left with not just a new bike but a new friend. Josh took every opportunity to explain the value of different bikes and accessories for my particular use case. Patient and kind all the way through, if I could give Josh 100 stars I absolutely would. There is no better place to find a new bike then here. You'll leave more knowledgeable and more excited to get out and ride then you were before!
