Jogging Stroller: we had a tire that kept going flat no matter what so we took it to the repair shop. James helped us out and replaced the inner tube. Unfortunately the next day it was flat again. We took it back to James and he got us squared away. We’re one day 3 now with no more flat tire. All in all, definitely happy with our service there and glad they were able to help us with our stroller.

Excellent Client Care! Kiana did an amazing job. She was able to service my kiddo’s bike on the spot, prioritizing his safety while also being mindful of saving me money. Her passion really shows in the care she puts into making sure every bike performs at its best. She is a great representation of the Trek brand.

I want to give praise to one person in specific at Trek West which is James the service manager. I have taken all my Treks to this young fella and he has done great work. If I drop off my bike for service he has a guarantee turn around time within a week. In most cases the turn around time has been with 24 to 48 hours. I needed my bike tuned up for a trip I was taken he made sure he did the work right away to make sure I was happen and satisfied. James always has welcomed spirit and greets everyone as it was there first time. James makes sure everyone is happy and smiling when they leave the store which makes the experience more better. Great job James keep up the great work with Trek.
