Went in to get my charging port for my iPhone cleaned since it wasn’t charging properly. Zian did the best he could but it was beyond damaged. He kept trying again and again which I appreciated a lot! Ended up buying wireless charging accessories and he got everything I needed for me.

I came in for a replacement screen protector. They were prompt and very friendly with their service and took LESS time to put on a new screen cover as the last time! The customer service and communication is top notch- so congratulations on whomever is in charge of hiring. I worked in customer service for 25+ years and just grateful when I see the younger generation taking their jobs seriously and being as kind as possible. Gives me hope. It truly does!!

My other half’s battery in her phone went bad to where the screen started lifting up and power wouldn’t stay on, we really needed to fix it the same day due to our busy schedules. Bradda K and Z did their best to fix everything and did an awesome job! Phone feels like brand new again. Great customer service and made us feel welcomed!
