This last week gave me the opportunity to visit Trinitys ER and Urgent care. The staff is patient and understanding and caring. I was at Emergency on 7 mile and northland drive and Urgent care off East Beltine. My doctor is also a trinity doctor. They are all marvelous !

Husband came in with a shoulder injury and symptoms of pneumonia. PA addressed pneumonia by taking X-rays and prescribing medication. Never addressed shoulder injury. Palpated for literally 1 second. No X-rays, no recommendations for home treatment, just "probably a muscle thing" before the X-rays for pneumonia. No follow up about shoulder whatsoever. Her approach was dismissive, even tapped his shoulder 3 times before walking out of the room. He didn't ask for medication for the shoulder, just trying to find out exactly what was injured. He is now home, discouraged, frustrated, and in terrible pain. Entirely unimpressed by her attitude and behavior. If you need a compassionate, thorough PA who addresses every concern you come into the urgent care for, don't see Kelly Perez.

I went to Urgent Care for a cough that wasn't getting better. Very minimal wait time. The nurse practitioner was concerned about my cough and ordered chest x-rays. I didn't need to leave the building to get the x-rays! Minimal wait time and then back upstairs to get the results. Turns out I have pneumonia! Three scripts were sent to my pharmacy in a very timely manner! I can't say enough about the staff at this Urgent Care!

I took my 2-year-old here on a weekday and we were seen quickly. The staff was very kind, especially the nurse, who helped my son feel comfortable by easing his nerves. I will definitely recommend this office to my family for great care.

I went here twice, within a week time frame because I was sick and wanted to get tested for COVID, second time I went back because of a ear infection and got to schedule a appointment online and choose what time I wanted to go. Both times I was seen, I felt listened too and they also explained things well and answered any questions I had. The wait time here is incredible. I barely had to wait to be called back and seen, it was about 5-10 minutes if that. They are quick! The lady that did check in was nice/friendly as well. It’s also nice because they are opened 7 days a week and their time from open to close is very reasonable. I would recommend this urgent care and will also be going back and using it in the future. It’s 20 minutes from my house so it’s close. They take good care of people and do a great job at this location. I’ve had positive experiences the 2 times I used this location and I don’t normally have good experiences with urgent care’s as most of them are slow and take forever to be seen. Needless to say I am satisfied and happy with the care I received from trinity health! I’ve been with trinity health for awhile now. Definitely recommend!
