I rarely write reviews for companies but when a company provides impeccable service, I’m compelled to share my experience. Olena and her team at Trio Event Rentals provided 60+ chairs for my large event in downtown Santa Monica. Trio delivered on every category: (1) fair price; (2) responsive service and answered all questions; (3) delivery and pick-up on time; (4) friendliest and helpful staff. This was an event with numerous moving parts and Trio took care of everything furniture related freeing up my time up for all other event components. Highly recommend Trio and will use them for all my future events.
This is my third year using this company. They are amazing. I get Tables, chairs and linens. They drop them before your event and pick them up after your event so your party is easy! They are very easy to work with as I often have to make changes to my order! They have tons of colors of linens.
Fantastic service and communication from start to finish. All rental items were clean and in perfect working condition; linens were freshly laundered and looked terrific. Delivery & pick-up teams were friendly, fast and completely professional, and arrived exactly when scheduled. Will always be my first call for rentals from now on.
We have a small backyard we like to host parties for our large families and have used Trio events for over 5 events and plan to continue. They have a great inventory, the pieces and items (tables chairs table clothes tents) are in perfect condition, efficient and timely customer service (they double check my order make sense asking questions about table cloth size and always reply to my questions) and are always right on time. They coordinate set up if not home and are not far away from their warehouse. Great to have such a reliable resource for our events!
