Right as we showed up, a complete accident happened that resulted in an ER trip for my toddler but let me tell you, this staff was ON IT right away. There was a whole group administering first aid within seconds and incident reports taken. The manager Chris stayed in regular contact with us checking on our kiddo even months later. He assured us that the equipment malfunction was fixed and he himself oversaw it. Then a full 4 months after the incident, Chris sends our child a letter, yes, his own letter, his first own piece of mail, asking how he was doing and inviting him back to play the arcade game that he had really wanted to play before the accident. Chris included passes and an arcade card. I would never expect to feel so genuinely touched by staff at an arcade, but geeze if they didnt go above and beyond. I cant wait to go back in a few months and get a re-do of a fun family trip! Thank you to everyone working there. -the Mathews family

We just had our 4th visit to Triple Play and my kids can't wait to go back again. The staff is young but always so helpful and patient. Big bang for your buck with all there is to do. Food court is cheaper than other options around town. Kids meals are huge and large enough for two kids to share. Refillable souvenir cups have saved us so much money over the years. Wonderful family friendly establishment.

I had a great experience at Triple Play. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everything was well organized. I especially want to highlight Peyton P., who was incredibly helpful throughout our visit. Peyton went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, answered questions patiently, and made the whole experience smoother and more enjoyable. Their professionalism and positive attitude really stood out. Overall, Triple Play is very fun and i would recommend.

I went to triple play last Friday 12/12/25. I drove an hour with my kids because they miss their water activities this time of year. The front desk staff had great service. The life guard Connor had answers for every question I asked him, smart kid. You could tell he took pride in his work, and so did everybody else. The place was very clean, would definitely go again.

Average family fun facility experience. Some fun indoor kid rides, outside rides were closed due to rain. Swimming area was a good experience, but you pay for gaming and the food was horrible! Very expensive to not include games, in our opinion. Food quality could easily be corrected, but it was obvious that the quality choices were intentional for optimal profit. Sad considering its created for families...
