The Troy Hansford Realty Team was exceptional to work with. We were selling our current home and buying a brand new home. The new home was contingent on the sale of our current home, and the Troy Hansford Team made the whole process as painless as it could be in this 2025 market. We were immediately assigned a team of folks to help us through the process, provide regular, punctual communication, and answer any questions we had along the way. We were selling the first home we had bought and lived in for 27 years, and buying our first brand new home, so this was all new to us. The Troy Hansford Team reassured us throughout the whole process, and operated in the most professional way. From the initial staging of the house we were selling, to the tools used for scheduling showings, to helping schedule the closings of both houses on the same day, and everything in between.
