Shady company. The guy who came out seemed nice enough at first. Then the games began. Like most sales people they tell you how they are not like others and want to take care of their customers. Then he gave us his estimate via email (which had an “discount” on it) and immediately said he wanted to call his scheduler to see if they “had quick openings” that could give us a discount. “Miraculously” his contact said they could get us in but we had to commit and would give us an additional $2k off. Only thing is, the estimate, without the discount, was DOUBLE what all 6 other installers had quoted. So the additional “discount” was a joke. Even after that they have been relentlessly texting and calling to get us to pull the trigger. Even getting rude in messages. We explained an issue that came up and the pushiness stopped for a week and started again. DO NOT TRUST THEM! Pay attention to similar games and don’t get pushed or played. Do your homework and get multiple estimates.

When the wind blew the fascia off our house we were worried about potential damage. We called truchoice roofing and Ryan came out to assess the issue immediately. They were prompt, professional, and gave us an amazing deal! It was fixed right away and done so well I can’t even tell where the original damage was. I am so pleased and grateful for Ryan and Seth’s excellent service and I’d recommend them to anyone who needs roof and siding repair in Fort Wayne. They are an excellent company with integrity you won’t regret calling them!

My experience with TruChoice was fantastic from the start, and I was so impressed with the education, care, and personal communication I received! Josiah was my main point of contact and I couldn't recommend him more. His attention to answering all of my questions in an honest way gave me so much confidence in him and this company's ability to do the job right. I highly recommend them if you want to have a company handle your roofing project who will dot every I and cross every t and give you peace of mind throughout the whole thing!

I dealt with TruChoice a couple of years ago for a roof repair and adding gutter guards with no real issues. After the big winds ripped a portion of my gutter off a couple weeks ago I reached out to them to get a quote to replace the broken pieces. I called them on 3/13 and explained my situation. I was told I would hear from someone that same day. I had to call again on 3/16 to speak with someone else and re explain everything and was put on the schedule for 3/20 for a quote.. that day comes around and I received a text that they're overbooked and asked to just email me a quote. I figured they knew the scope of work since I explained it over the phone so I said sure. It's currently 3/23 and I just received a quote to replace my entire gutter system, not including gutter guards. Not at all what I was even looking for. The difference from a couple years ago to now is crazy. No communication, and they don't seem interested at all in actually helping get my home taken care of. Extremely disappointing. 3/24 EDIT: I've spoken with them and we are looking at rectifying the situation. Once everything is finished my review may change depending on how it's handled.

Granted I have a small roof, but they did total tear off and roof replaced in about 3.5 hours. I was worried I might have to pick up at least some small pieces of roofing, but my deck was cleaner when they left than when they got there!
