I had an excellent technician last year who always did a thorough job, but the last two visits with a new technician have been very disappointing. The service was careless—spider webs were left untouched around the eaves and windows, and within just a week the house and windows were crawling with spiders as if nothing had been done (below is just one example of spiderweb on the window clearly older than a week). When I called to request my former technician and shared my concerns, the manager showed no interest in fixing the problem. They refused to assign a more competent tech and didn't even offer to redo the service. Because of this poor service and lack of accountability, we will not be continuing our contract.

Having worked with and evaluated many different pest control companies over the years, I’m genuinely hopeful about working with Truckee Meadows. Spike the technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly and I felt comfortable Immediately as he evaluated our property very thoroughly and made some good recommendations. As a result, I have a much clearer understanding of how to achieve the results I’m hoping for. And communication has been prompt and sufficiently detailed. I feel like I’m dealing with actual people and not just some big corporate entity. And… The price seems very fair and I’m not being asked to lock myself into some long contract! This tells me these people believe their work will prove itself and I really appreciate that!
