I got the initial call to fill out paperwork and start services in November. However, once I filled everything out I have yet to hear from this office for an appointment and every time I call nobody answers. Definitely not a good way to do business.
I honestly don’t know what I would do without my counselor Ruth Castillo. She has helped me through a really difficult time of my life. She listens to me and gives me space to talk or vent. She helps when needed and offers advise only when asked. She is amazing and I’m so thankful that I decided to go to Positive Mindset Counseling. She is absolutely fantastic! I would 100% recommend Positive Mindset Counseling and most definitely Ruth Castillo. 😁👍
My therapist is amazing. I’ve been going to her (Ruth Castillo) for almost 9 months and she has changed my life. I really love how even after our sessions, she provides me with books and worksheets to read/do to help myself and grow. It has been an amazing journey of growth!
