Chef Carlie crushed it for a customer event I hosted at The Craftery. To be honest, when she sent the menu there were some things I had an impulse to change, BUT then I remembered she’s the professional and I gave her very clear directions on what I wanted. A graze board, but elevated, for foodies. Boy was I glad I didn’t mess with anything because the spread was absolutely phenomenal! Not only was it gorgeous but every item was incredibly yummy! Get the creme brûlée spread.

I can’t say enough good things about True North! They catered our 2024 wedding and were an absolute dream to work with. My type A couples, even you will be stumped by their attention to detail and thought Cathy and the team puts into your event. They answered every question I had throughout the process, helped us make the best menu for our budget, and everything was delicious! Our guests were so impressed with the pretzel display and grazing table we got for apps and they kept asking how the caterer made something like boring wedding food taste anything but boring. They were also on top of set-up and clean-up and even sent us home with snacks after the wedding. It was everything we could have asked for and more! We love True North!

They fully planned the graze table food options with fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as unique options like pink beet hummus, green tomato toast, peanut butter bites, creme brûlée cookies, and a mocktail bar option.
