Our recent luncheon for Castle Management, catered by True Roots Catering, was nothing short of exceptional. From the initial setup to the final clean-up, the entire experience was seamless, professional, and truly enjoyable. A standout element of the event was the extraordinary service provided by Natalia. She was present from start to finish, ensuring that every detail was handled with care, efficiency, and genuine hospitality. Her attentiveness and warm demeanor played a major role in making the day a perfect success. Equally impressive was the culinary excellence delivered by Chef Justin. The menu he crafted showcased his remarkable talent—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Guests raved about the food, and it was clear that Chef Justin’s skill and passion are at the heart of True Roots Catering. The food was an absolute hit, loved by all, and there isn’t a single thing I would change. We were thoroughly impressed with both the exceptional cuisine and the outstanding service. I would gladly welcome True Roots Catering, Natalia, and Chef Justin back for future events. Highly recommended!

It was our first time using True Roots Catering but it will not be our last! The prep, the decorations, the food, especially the food was superb! You could tell Chef Mike put love in every dish and each homemade sauce. Natalia was sensational in coordination, set up and decorations, it was beautiful! It was wonderful for our staff for our Thanksgiving Feast! Thank you both for making it all so tasty and beautiful.

Natalia and her team were absolutely incredible. We hosted a smaller, intimate wedding of about 30 people, and the attention to detail throughout the entire wedding was truly astonishing. Every aspect was thoughtfully planned and beautifully executed. The food was outstanding, and the bar service was equally amazing. Our guests are still talking about it and the lamb chop was the big talk! We honestly could not have asked for a better wedding experience. Thank you all for everything to make it perfect!
