I just visited the warehouse in Kenner, Jamie was LOVELY and so incredibly kind and helpful!!! I would 10/10 recommend this location and team in a world full of difficult vendors they are amazing! Jamie was so great and everyone in the warehouse was so nice. They have SO MUCH inventory, you can literally rent everything you need for your event here!
I called as soon as they opened on Saturday before Easter. The lady who answered was so nice and let me know it wasn’t too late to rent chairs for my Easter dinner guests. They were polite, efficient and the fact that they loaded and unloaded my car makes me give them an A+.
For our wedding, we rented most of our tableware from True Value Rental. Their products looked great, were high quality, and had reasonable prices. Their service was very professional. Would recommend!
If you need quality rentals with professionals who show up and get it done right every time, you need to call True Value. I have used True Value rentals for a LOT of weddings over the years and they are solid when it comes to making sure that my couples are getting the best value and the highest care for their event. As a wedding planner, they make my job easier because of all that they handle and the level of expertise they have in the rental world for the New Orleans area. Always my go-to for tables, chairs, linens, cake stands, and everything else you might need for wedding items to pull the day together.
Y’all are the best! Incredibly reliable and responsive! If you have any event needs look no further. Their prices are reasonable and they staff are excellent. What more can you ask for? Also shout out to Jenny who was super flexible and understanding about my pick up times! Can’t wait to work with you all again in the future!
