I will not return! Looked online and saw what is in the picture “Free3 Day Pass”. This is not true and if I knew this I would not have wasted my time going there. The young man at the front desk was polite, but uninformed about the day pass. He told me that it would cost and that he had to get his general manager to set it up for me. When the GM came over he began to ask a slew of questions. After I answered his questions he said the day pass would be $20. After this interaction I told him to give me a minute. I sat on the couch in there lobby. Then I found that Gym Culture offered their day pass for $20 and I took my business there. Was it about the money? No, it was about the principle. The next time I visit Lubbock I will go straight to Gym Culture!
