So far not so good. I had some guys come out and tell me my home was damaged. I already knew that from a previous contractor. And then proceed to poison the walls, great. Then it turn out there was a huge infestation back in 2023 (probably before that too) that wasn't handled. When I talk to the company they say my last contract was in 2016. They also say the poison last 7 years (others have told me 10) and I'm unsure how if it last 7 years why my home was run though with termites? So I got another check in 2023 (not to be redundant) they sold me for their 5 year plan (cool) and then poisoned the house again. I called last year stating that the backyard was full of termites and they told me they could only operate on my house not the entire perimeter. Im paying a subscription that they make sure to ask for each year but the guy doesn't spray unless there's an active infestation. Dominoes was left outside my house one night. Covered in termites. The table in my yard while the inspector was here...covered in termites. I asked the guy who was here to fix it and he told me they were outside so it was out of his jurisdiction. That's fine but am I paying for? The last yearly subscription fee the gentleman literally saw the termites on the board because they weren't inside did not spray anything. My home smells like sawdust right now. I've caught 6 mice this winter a squirrel and a skunk and if I wanted their services it'd be a couple thousand dollars extra....FOR WHAT? please fix the issue. Is that so hard to ask? I've already called for a reinspection but I assume because I'm so non chalant they don't care.

We recently moved into a new location and noticed a significant insect issue. This was our first time using Truly Nolen, and I can honestly say we were very impressed with their professionalism. I am so impressed with Josh from Truly Nolen. He arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through everything rather than rushing through the visit. He was professional, reliable, and genuinely cared about helping us-it never felt like he was "just doing a job." Paul was our technician, and he was pretty amazing. He took his time to explain various aspects of pest control and management, and gave extremely helpful suggestions throughout. Truly Nolen is a great business, with thoughtful, professional people. Ask for Paul- he’s the best!

I can’t express how much I’ve come to depend on Truly Nolan’s services. Being a mom, the last thing I want to worry about is roaches. They have managed to keep them out of my house and if I do happen to see one, they send someone out the next day. Paul is a thorough service technician and with his work I’ve had great success in my home. He is a very experienced exterminator and very professional. I definitely recommend their services to anyone.
